Air Mic Live Audio allows you to listen to the live audio stream (with about five seconds of delay depending on the network) captured from your PC or Mac’s built-in microphone. You can use Air Mic as a remote home surveillance tool to discretely monitor the activity of your children or elderly. All you need is a running PC or Mac at the monitored location, and you can listen to what is going on with Air Mic anywhere using 3G/WiFi network on your iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad.

If you plug in a cable to your headphone/line out Jack and back into the mic Jack, you can stream any audio source the computer is playing, such as an Internet stream in a browser. true its only 8k audio but it lets me stream broadcasts from a browser to my iPhone when safari on the iPhone wouldnt otherwise play them.

I loved this app when I was running 3.1.3, now I hopes it works just as well with 4.0. The app is great, you can stream any audio device to your phone anywhere. It took a little time to set up but now in just a few clicks you can listen to anything thats plugged into your pc.

It works just follow directions. It doesnt work in background but obviously it needs to. But as long as they get their 5$ why should they update that? I have ispy (australian) now which is 10x better but it doesnt have an iPhone app yet, but u can do it through the Internet or splashtop anyway. Nice work!

Some bad moments

It uses huge amount of CPU. It works but it is very expensive for something that should be free. does not have any noise filter or user setting for audio.

I have been trying to get this thing to work for over three hours, I have done everything I am suppose to do and repeated once and twice and three times, started my computer as well as my iPhone three to four times, and I keep getting the smae crap message unable to connect to the network, I have a wireless home network with everything connected to it and everything works just fine and no firewall. I sent e-mail and no reply as yet. I want a refund you crooks.

cant connect to PC! PC(WIN/VISTA)二つで試したけれど、iPhone側のクライアントがＮＧです。かつ、バージョンアップなど対応もされず、最悪なアプリです。まだ、他で動作しているのであれば、何とか対応ができるものの、本国でもクレームがおおいですよね。

Purchased at set up per developers posted instructions. Connected over wifi/router while holding both the iphone and the PC but no audio. Will not connect over cell tower. No way to contact developer for support other than a B S email addy. Pizzed off.

So tired of apps that arent ready. Same complaint as the first post. Crashes every single time. Rebooted, uninstall, install ... Still same outcome. Ugh I hate being a beta tester especially when I pay for the app.

Crashes when the keyboard opens every time I try to enter in my login info. Could be a great remote baby monitor when this gets fixed.
